How We Do Relationships

Most people think “relationship work” is just about communication scripts or learning how to argue better and I say it is much broader than that.

We look at how you do relationships in three core places: your body, your self, and your connections with others. When these three are out of sync, you end up over-functioning, people-pleasing, fawning, or shutting down. When they’re aligned, you feel like yourself again — in every room you walk into.

Relationship With Self

This is where we untangle all the ways you’ve abandoned yourself to stay loved, respected, or “easy to be around.”

Here we look at:

  • the stories you tell yourself about who you have to be

  • your patterns: over-giving, perfectionism, hyper-independence, fawning

  • your core needs, boundaries, and values

  • your inner voices — the critic, the caretaker, the performer, the protector

  • your identity — who you are beyond your roles and your trauma

  • your erotic intelligence: sexual communication, sensations, turn-on, safety, desires, and embodied intimacy

We rebuild self-trust.
You learn how to hear yourself, believe yourself, and act in integrity with what you know, instead of gaslighting your own feelings to keep other people comfortable.

Relationship With The Body

Your body is the first relationship you ever had.
It is also the one most women learned to override, ignore, or fight with.

Here we look at:

  • your nervous system: how your body holds stress, fear, love, and emotional residue

  • your symptoms: burnout, anxiety, numbness, gut issues, inflammation, pain

  • your care: nutrition, movement, sleep, womb restoration, herbs, broths, teas, and rhythmic living

My training as a naturopathic practitioner and clinical herbalist helps me to teach you how to care for your body holistically.

  • how you show up in conflict, repair, closeness, and commitment

I AM A LICENSED PSYCHOTHERAPIST
AND RELATIONSHIP + WELL-BEING EXPERT

For over a decade, I have helped women, couples, and communities heal the way they show up in love and in life.

My work blends somatic therapy, practical psychology, and nervous-system education to make emotional and relationship wellness simple, real, and doable. I help people understand why they over-give, shut down, people-please, stay silent, lose themselves in relationships, or carry everyone else’s emotions on their backs and I teach them how to break those patterns even with guilt or fear.

I turn complicated relationship dynamics into clear, grounded, everyday tools you can actually use. Whether I am working with women and couples or consulting for digital wellness platforms, relationship-based apps, and community-centered organizations, my focus is the same: helping people create emotionally healthy relationships without abandoning themselves so that they can be their most authentic selves in EVERY area of life.
