About Me
-
I approach love, intimacy, and connection as learnable human capacities rather than problems to be fixed.
Much of contemporary culture focuses on attraction and attachment, with far less attention given to emotional presence, nervous system regulation, and the practical skills required to stay engaged when intimacy becomes challenging. My work addresses this gap by clarifying what healthy, embodied connection looks like in real relationships.
My approach is grounded, practical, and focused on application. I teach lived relational skills — how people communicate, navigate desire, regulate emotion, and grow within relationships in ways that are sustainable and authentic.
-
The work I bring into collaborations, media, and brand partnerships is anchored in a few essential pillars:
Emotional Courage
The capacity to stay honest, present, and self-expressed, especially in moments of vulnerability, conflict, or desire.
Authentic Self-Expression
Supporting people in speaking, choosing, and relating from their truth rather than performance, fear, or self-silencing.
Intimacy & Connection
Exploring emotional intimacy, sexual connection, and relational depth as learnable, embodied skills rather than abstract ideals.
Nervous System Regulation
Understanding how safety, threat, desire, and connection live in the body and how regulation supports healthier communication and intimacy.
Emotional Reinvention
The ongoing ability to grow, evolve, and become again, in love, relationships, and selfhood without abandoning who you are.

I am most alive in collaborative spaces where ideas shape culture.
I love working with brands, platforms, and media outlets that are actively influencing how people understand love, sex, dating, womanhood, and emotional health. I’m especially energized by opportunities to:
Teach and train audiences, teams, or communities on emotional fluency, intimacy, communication, and relational well-being
Guest appear on podcasts, television, panels, and news outlets to offer grounded, culturally relevant perspectives on modern love
Be quoted or featured in articles exploring relationships, dating culture, emotional health, sexuality, and womanhood
Consult with brands and platforms to refine language, messaging, and frameworks around love, intimacy, and connection
Contribute thought leadership that expands the public conversation beyond surface-level advice into depth, integrity, and embodiment
I’m particularly interested in collaborations that challenge outdated narratives, reduce shame, and offer people more nuanced, compassionate ways to understand themselves and each other.

I am a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) with a Master’s degree in Community Counseling and hold a PhD in Traditional Naturopathy with a focus on women’s holistic health.
For over 20 years, I’ve supported people through emotional growth, relational transitions, and embodied healing. I stepped onto my first speaking stage at 21 and have spent decades guiding conversations around love, conflict, trust, communication, and somatic and mindful awareness.
My work bridges clinical insight, embodied practice, and lived experience, offering depth without detachment and expertise without disconnection.
